Role Overview:

The Data Scientist (Defence  & Intelligence Focus) at Globenova AI willplay a critical role in harnessing advanced AI and machine learningtechnologies to address the unique challenges of Canadian defence  and intelligence operations. The candidatewill analyze large-scale datasets, develop real-time analytics platforms, anddesign AI-driven solutions for mission-critical applications such as predictivemaintenance, mission planning, and cybersecurity. With expertise in LLMs andNLP, the role supports the deployment of cutting-edge AI tools to enhanceoperational efficiency, decision-making, and multilingual intelligenceanalysis.

Responsibilities:

●    Develop advanced machinelearning models and AI tools to support defence  and intelligence operations.

●    Analyze large datasets frommilitary intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance systems to uncoveractionable insights.

●    Collaborate with defence  agencies to design AI-driven solutions formission planning, predictive maintenance, and cyber defence .

●    Develop and implement real-timeanalytics platforms to support decision-making in defence  and intelligence contexts.

●    Utilize LLMs to improve natural language understanding and processing inintelligence reports, and enhance real-time decision-making.

●    Work with cross-functionalteams to design LQMs that improvethe quality of multilingual communication and intelligence analysis.

●    Support the deployment ofAI-powered tools that optimize resource allocation, logistics, and operationalefficiency for defence  missions.

Requirements:

●    Bachelor's or Master's degreein Data Science, AI, or related field.

●    5+ years of experience in datascience, with a focus on defence  orintelligence applications.

●    Expertise in machine learning,deep learning, and data analysis techniques.

●    Experience working withsensitive data and understanding of security protocols.

●    Strong coding skills in Python,TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools.

●    Experience with naturallanguage processing (NLP), LLMs, andLQMs.

●    Familiarity with defence  intelligence platforms and operationalsystems.

●    Security clearance and successfulcompletion of background checks willbe required.
